4.2Text B At a Business Reception:This text is related to business reception etiquette. It includes: the do’s and don’ts of eating and drinking, speaking or talking, dressing etc. We hope the etiquette will guide and help build the successful future in your business.
4.3Text C Receiving Tourists:This text is about the good manners of receiving overseas tourists. They include: the preparation work before receiving a group, the activities to do while waiting for the guests and some tips to improve the working performance in receiving a tour group. The local guide should be aware of the good manners to establish or maintain a friendly contact with your foreign guests.
