第八章 Unit Eight Traveling Etiquette：This unit is related to etiquette on business traveling. It includes three texts. Text A is about Airline Business Travel Etiquette in Western Countries, Text B is about Chinese Business Travel Etiquette and Text C is about Etiquette for Business Travel. After learning this unit, students are required to know how to behave appropriately during airline business travel in western countries, to know some Chinese business travel etiquette and how to behave appropriately during business travel.8.1Text A Airline Business Travel Etiquette in Western Countries:This text tells some travel etiquette rules and tips when conducting business travel by airline in western countries. These tips include: arriving time , how to place your personal items, what to do when you want to push your seat back to its full reclining position, how to deal with the litter or garbage you produce, how to disembark from the plane and so on. They include: behavior, dress, arriving time, introduction, alcohol consumption, small talk, matters needing attention for women business travelers and so on. Business people should be aware of international protocol when traveling to a foreign country. Only by doing so can they be on their best behavior and be professional and polite.
