- The belt drive of sorting unit belongs to friction type belt drive, which has the characteristics of buffering and vibration absorption, stable transmission, low noise, overload and sliding, simple structure, convenient manufacturing, installation and maintenance, low cost, and large distance between two shafts. It is suitable for long-distance occasions without ensuring accurate transmission ratio, and is widely used in modern mechanical transmission.（ ）
- PLC of FX H2U series have built-in 21 point high-speed counteR C235-C255, which are all 32-bit counters. Compared with the ordinary counter, the high-speed counter is used to count the external pulse whose frequency is higher than the internal scanning frequency. Due to the high frequency of the counting signal, FX3U uses hardware counting or interrupt mode to count, which is independent of the scanning cycle. H2U is counted in interrupt mode.（ ）
- The count input, external reset and set input signals of the high-speed counter come from 8 input points, such as X000-X007. Each high-speed counter has its corresponding X-port. That is, after the high-speed counter Cxxx is specified, the corresponding X-input is designated, and the designated X-input cannot be used by other high-speed counters.（ ）
- From the working process of sorting unit, the programming of high-speed counter only requires that it can receive the pulse signal of rotary encoder for counting, provide the displacement information of workpiece on the conveyor belt, and reset the high-speed counter used. The more complex functions of high-speed counter, such as interrupt processing when preset value is reached, are not needed.（ ）
- The connection of rotary encoder used in sorting unit is as follows: ① the white outgoing line is phase a line, green outgoing line is phase B line. ② The positive power lead (red) of the encoder must be connected to the + 24 V regulated power supply terminal of the device side connection port, which is not be connected to the power terminal Vcc with internal resistance.（ ）
- Before programming, a test program should be written and run to test the pulse number of each specific position on the conveyor belt (including the center position of each pusher cylinder and the exit position of the detection area) to obtain the coordinate value of each specific point to the feed inlet center point as the reference origin. When the control program is further compiled, the coordinate value data obtained from the test is stored as the known data for the program to call.（ ）
