You need to understand the time value of money, the payback period and the internal rate of return.
4.5Behavioural aspects of budgeting:This chapter looks at how to put budgets into action. Budgets can be motivational but they can also produce undesirable negative reactions. Participative budgeting can help to avoid a negative reaction but there are disadvantages to this approach as well.
