4.2固定式偏置电路和带发射极电阻的偏置电路:常用的直流偏置电路有这样几种:固定偏置电路,发射极稳定的偏置电路,分压式偏置电路,带有电压反馈的直流偏置电路。
4.3分压式偏置电路的原理和应用:引起工作点波动的外因,是环境温度的变化,内因,则是三极管本身所具有的温度特性,所以要解决这个问题,也不外乎从内因和外因两方面来想办法。本节主要介绍分压式偏置电路的原理和应用。
